General terms and conditions of sale
From I'HOTEL LOVAL in BREST
These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded with I'HOTEL LOVAL located ZA DU QUESTEL -N° 120 RUE FRANCIS THOMAS - 29200 BREST. The customer therefore acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them. These conditions of sale may be modified at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the reservation is made.

These conditions of sale may be modified at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the reservation is made.
article 1 - Rates
The prices indicated are in € euros and include VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the date of the invoice. The rates are per room for the number of persons indicated and according to the selected period. The tourist tax of 1.10 € per day and per person is not included in the price and must be paid directly on site. It applies every day of the year. Some services are subject to a supplement. No stay booked before the implementation of a possible promotional offer will be reimbursed, even partially.
ARTICLE 2 - RESERVATIONS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
Reservations can be made on the website www.hotel-loval.com, by telephone, by e-mail or by post.
The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the client, either by communicating a credit card number with a validity date or by paying a deposit, and after receiving a detailed confirmation of the reservation.
Payment for all services must be made directly to the hotel on arrival (exceptions are made for pre-paid reservations at the time of booking). The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete. Reservations, regardless of their origin, will be payable in Euro only. The HOTEL LOVAL accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and has a secure reservation system (SSL) that protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted at the time of booking to prevent disclosure to any third party. The Customer is solely responsible for his/her choice of services and their suitability for his/her needs, so that the HOTEL LOVAL cannot be held liable in this respect.

ARTICLE 3 -- MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation is possible: it must be requested by email to reception@hotel-loval.com or by telephone on 02 98 45 99 20. The request will only become effective once the HOTEL LOVAL has confirmed its acceptance.
For bookings made via our partners' website, the cancellation must be made via this website. The cancellation conditions that apply are then specific to the partner and may therefore differ from those of the HOTEL LOVAL
In the event of an extension of the stay, the customer must inform the hotel reception by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure in order to check availability.
The consumer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 days in the case of the remote purchase of an accommodation service.

ARTICLE 4 - THE HOTEL ( CHECK IN - CHECK OUT ) / SERVICES :
The rooms are available from 2 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 6 pm on Sunday. They must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

ARTICLE 5 - ACCOMODATION
In the event that the HOTEL LOVAL is not available or in the event of force majeure, the HOTEL LOVAL reserves the right to accommodate the client, in whole or in part, in a hotel of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same nature. The transfer shall then be at the expense of the hotelier, who shall not be liable to pay any additional compensation.
ARTICLES 6 - COMPLAINS
Any complaint must be sent to the HOTEL LOVAL by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 15 days of the departure date. After this period, no claim may be taken into account.
ARTICLE 7 - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM
In application of the law 78-17, known as "informatique et libertés", customers are informed that their reservation is subject to computerised personal data processing. Users have the right to access and rectify the data entered, which can be exercised at the head office: LA SARL LOVAL - ZA DU QUESTEL -N O 120 RUE FRANCIS THOMAS - 29200 BREST. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties. The HOTEL LOVAL offers a secure wifi internet access "Free service" (UCOPIA). The client-user undertakes to ensure that the computer resources made available to him/her shall not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a related right such as texts, images, photographs, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorisation of the holders of the rights provided for in Book I and II of the Intellectual Property Code, where such authorisation is required.
ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY
For any damage, deterioration or act of vandalism that may occur as a result of the occupation of the premises (movable or immovable property):

ARTICLE 9 - APPLICABLE LAW
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This applies to both the substantive rules and the rules of form. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
